Oooh! There are some regular runners who'd consider that quite a respectable time. Not Olympic qualifying time, mind you, but pretty durn good. Maybe it's time to find a 5k to enter. (Has this all been treadmill stuff?)

From what I hear it's also respectable time for anyone in the military service. But to be fair, they run terrain, I'm on an elliptical. Because of my tweeky right knee, I don't use the treadmill. In another month I will start adding "hills and valleys" to the elliptical settings, but right now I'm focusing on building up my endurance bit by bit.

Wow! Look at you go. So when the zombie apocalypse happens, you get to be bait. They can chase you fruitlessly and I'll nail 'em with a flamethrower. ;)

It's all about the cardio. Because, you see, I believe the zombies will be fast motherfuckers and I want to be able to stay out of reach. So I will count on you to be there with that flame thrower and fuel reserves! LOL! I don't how long I'd be able to keep up.
