Hi, you've reached Bobby, Nic, Beth, and Dylan. We're not here right now, but if you leave a message after the tone, we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Martha,
You do work quickly. I'm impressed. The location sounds good to me, and please convey my thanks to Mr. Luthor. Does Luthorcorp still own the Planet? I would suggest putting out some feelers in the direction of the local Kansas papers, but it might look better if we chose to do interviews next week with papers not directly affiliated with LL. You can get CJ's thoughts on this score, too.
Have you talked to Wyatt at the Lawrence office? I'm sure the situations differ, but he may have some relevant advice, too.
Good luck!
- Robert
ooc: oh, no, it's very cool! usually I'm worried that people feel they're pressured into RPing more than they want, etc, so it's great - and I'm sure you know far more than I do about US politics anyway. I may be coming to you with irritating questions... :-D

Great, I'll have a lawyer look over the contractual obligations in the lease and bring in some people to get it furnished and set up.
To my knowledge, Luthorcorp does still own the Planet, and so too most of this county. I have several contacts in the building, so I'll investigate further and we can get the ball rolling on that. And I'll be in touch with the Lawrence office ASAP.
Also, I wanted to get your thoughts on doing a little meet-and-greet in Smallville when you're in the area next week. I think it would be a great way to get the locals involved - we have some very passionate, capable people in this town and I think you would do well to have them on board.
Finally, Pepper mentioned possibly throwing a masquerade fundraiser in the near future. Is that still in the works?
I'm so sorry to call you at home but... there's been an accident and ..oh god, I just.. I won't... I can't come back to work. Not right now. I am so sorry, I really am, I just.. I need to be there for Rachel.
I'll call you when I can talk more... god, you have no idea how bad I feel about this...

I don't mind doing an interview with the Planet, but we should look at other options too.
I'd love to come to Smallville. And you'd have to ask Pepper about the ball.
