Details: Should his last-ditch effort at finding a cure for his broken DNA fail, the dying Gabriel Ashlocke was adamant that he should not die alone. He convinced his mutant follower Patricia that in the event of his death, she should combine her ability to excite electrons with the energy of a power station, thus blowing up half the city. He called this destructive plot his "Last Testament."
