Details: This device was capable of drawing selected memories from a person's mind and projecting them onto a screen, similar to Adam's invention, Sanctuary's memory enhancer of " Understudy" and " Where Evil Dwells." The Tribunal used their neural stimulator to prosecute Adam using his own memories in "Final Judgement."
