Details: St. Pastor's Hospital was once a bomb shelter during World War Two. Hospital administrator Dr. Denise Willett conducted Project IET on the phobic children in the psych ward until one of her subjects, psionic Johnny Cummings, set fire to the ward, killing six children and one nurse. The hospital was shut down, but Johnny remained on the premesis, using his illusionist abilities to haunt the halls. 15 years later, Dr. Victor Palance called Brennan Mulwray to investigate the hauntings so that the hospital could be reopened.
Trivia: Lexa Pierce's brother, Leo, once spent some time in St. Pastor's hospital.
