"I do the training sessions on a TV show called Go For It on the Discovery Channel. It's an adventure series about caving, rafting and other nontraditional sports. I taught 'em how to get in shape to do these other sports. It's a great show, very interesting. My mom can see it and tell her friends about it, although she gets a little disconcerted about thong shots and certain other poses."

Victoria Pratt.com 1998: Victoria Pratt Go For It
"Go For It" was an outdoors extreme sports kind of show on the Discovery Channel. Vicky appeared in at least three episodes talking about how to train for such sports and how to avoid injuries.
....
"Caving in Calgary" One of North America's foremost authorities on caving leads Phil Keoghan through Rat's Next Cave, near Banff, Alberta, known for its unique, high entrance and its verticality. Kevin Flynn travels to a driving school in West Virginia to learn skills of vehicle pursuit and avoidance as part of a course in anti-terrorism driving. Gear Up shows basic tips in choosing caving equipment. Vicki Pratt shows a shoulder workout for cavers. This aired 12/27/98 and 2/28/99.
"Ice Climbing in Colorado" In Ouray, Colorado, expert mountaineer Jeff Lowe, introduces the challenging sport of waterfall ice climbing, and the physical and mental skills it requires. Laura Evans is a breast cancer survivor who took up mountain climbing after her recovery, and now leads treks for groups of other women survivors. Gear Up explores ice climbing gear, and fitness expert, Vicki Pratt, shows an upper body workout. Vern Glen tries out waterski jumping. This aired 10/25/98 and 1/31/99.
"Ocean Kayaking in California" Go For It goes ocean kayaking along the rugged Mendocino Coast of California, with rising cliffs, crashing waves, sea lion rookeries, and ocean caves in the landscape. Experts show the art of "surf (or storm) skiing." Kevin Flynn sharpens up his putting stroke with a trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the world capital of mini-golf. The basics of kayak paddling jackets are demonstrated as well as how to work out on a machine called the Gravitron. Not sure if Vicky did the Gravitron demo or if Sheldon Persad did it.
"Riverboarding in California" Experienced riverboarders tackle the "Wild Plum" rapids of the Yuba River in California's Sierra Nevada mountains, demonstrating technique and safety. Teresa Roncon travels to Thailand, where she uses an inflatable kayak to explore the microforests inside a collapsed cave system. Gear Up features the basic equipment for riverboarding. Also, Vicki Pratt shows common workout errors to avoid. Not sure when this one aired.
"Skateboard/Street Luge in California" In Newport Beach, California skateboarding and its hybrid cousin, street luge, have experienced phenomenal growth. Meet Tony Hawk, considered by many the "Michael Jordan of skateboarding," and Roger Hickey and Beau Brown who will demonstrate street luging, a cross between skateboarding and snow luging. Also, Kevn Flynn travels to Calgary, Alberta, the site of the 1988 Olympic Winter Games, where he tries ski jumping and the luge. Also: Try an aerobic boxing workout. Not sure if Vicky did the aerobic boxing segment or Sheldon Persad did. This aired 2/21/99.
