Best of all, though, was the October 25 episode of ABC's Boston-based The Practice in which Lara Flynn Boyle's character, h=Helen Gamble, having been set up on a mystery date, opens the door to a real dreamboat: the nude artist's model (Michael Easton, fully clothed) who wowed the Beantown women of Ally McBeal last season. The guy gets around.

Actor Michael Easton appeared as Glenn, the well-endowed model in Ally's sculpting class, and later turned up as one of Helen Gamble's dates on "The Practice." Even though viewers never heard him addressed by name on ABC's "The Practice" (because Fox owns the character), Kelley said in his mind Easton was playing Glenn.

Finally, the actor responds. "To be honest, nothing interested me about it initially. They sent it over and I had just finished doing the Ally McBeal thing," says Easton, whose credits include regular series roles on VR.5 and Two, but who was catapulted into the public eye last year with his memorable appearances as a hunky nude model on Ally McBeal. "You get spoiled working for someone like David Kelley, because the writing is so good."
