Mutant X Season 1 Coming to Canada: Coming August 31

Like hundreds of other unsuspecting subjects, these new mutants were altered in secret experiments conducted in a covert government project. Realizing that events have spun out of control, the organization that created them is now hunting them down in an urgent "product recall." MUTANT-X's mission is to seek out their fellow new mutants to help them come to terms with their astonishing abilities and protect them from their creators.
Alliance Films has just announced the first season of Mutant X for release on August 31 in Canada. This isn't the first time the show has been put on DVD, as ADV Films put it out back in 2003-2004. Those sets, which are now out of print, command high prices on eBay and Amazon's third-party stores. Though a price hasn't been announced yet, all the recent Alliance TV sets have sold for a suggested retail price of $25.99 Canadian, so it's probably safe to assume the same for this one.

Alliance Film Media has announced that the follow-up DVD set from their first season set, scheduling the release of Mutant X - Season 2. Arriving on September 28th, it will cost CA$25.99 SRP but you can pre-order it from Amazon.ca at a discount. Stay tuned for box art for both the first and second seasons, once Alliance finalizes them!

Mutant X - The 3rd and Last Season of the Show Comes Back to DVD: Canadian release from Alliance Films Media is due in late October

Mutant X - Season 3, the final season of the super-hero series, was previously available on DVD in the USA thanks to a 2005 release from A.D. Vision that has long been discontinued. Hot on the heels of Canadian releases of Season 1 in August and Season 2 in September, Alliance Films Media has announced that October 26th will see their north-of-the-border DVD release for Mutant X - Season 3. Cost is just CA$25.99 list price, and you can lock in your copy by pre-ordering it from Amazon.ca at a discount. Box art isn't available yet, but here's the studio description for you:

Mutant X - 'X' Marks the Box Art for the Season 1 and Season 2 DVD Packages: August and September releases from Alliance Films of Canada

At the end of this month, on August 31st, Alliance Films Media will release Mutant X - Season 1 on DVD in Canada, followed by their September 28th release of Mutant X - Season 2. The studio has provided pictures of the packaging for both sets now, and we've got them both for you.
