oh wow. This is great. The orange and blue thingys being the only real color and rising is just awesome.

This is beautiful (the idea as well as the art!).

The planet-pov is a problem, but maybe certain planets would have well known constellations, and each planet might host viewing parties for certain constellations, at particularly good-viewing times of the year.

Like, the Society of the One-Horned Fish-Thing would perform its sacred duty to make known the story of its icon/god/historical moment.

Maybe people do pilgrimages, or go on package tours, to see the stars of different skies. It could be like doing the stations of the cross, or your first big roadtrip.
