Lol, you need loads and loads of people to do it for it to be fun though...it's just a big line of people, sitting on the floor, in between each others legs and you rock from side to side (like a boat...hence...Rock the Boat), hitting the floor twice every time you sway...then you sway forwards and backwards loads....then twist round...

It sounds stupid, but it's good fun when you're with a big group of friends...or a big group of strangers, as I was doing :)
