I've reattached severed limbs before. While it will be terribly draining, I should be able to reattach them.

Don't you think putting someone's head back on is a little different than reattaching a foot?

Of course it is. It would be much more complicated, but theoretically it should be just as possible as reattaching anything else since both the heads and the bodies are still alive on some level.
