Dude, if you are nineteen, why don't you just move out? It doesn't count as running away if you are legally an adult. Go move in with a family member, or close friend, and tell him to go fuck himself. I know it isn't as easy as all of that, but it would be worth it to at least look in to it. Or gather evidence and call the police on him. The only way he wouldn't be incarcerated for at least a bit -- or you be placed elsewhere -- is if someone testified on his behalf, and were more compelling.

Too true it's not count totally as running away. That was a miswrihet I suppose. Reason as to why I can't move out is; no job, no ones willing to hire me. So no money. And I've already asked around for years to move in with people, they just aren't interested...
