As part of my day-to-day learning process, I realized something yesterday (ok, more like admitted to myself finally), and that is, I need to take it down a notch. Yes, I'm blunt and will probably always will be, but sometimes I need to not be so aggressive. No argument or heated conversation occured yesterday that made me come to this conclusion,

So what came to this realization?

You mean how did I come to this realization? Based on that conversation with that friend and just other little things, I realized that sometimes I come on too strong. It's not like a really bad thing, but I can tone it down a bit.
