i think sarah haskins can count for this.

i like a fashion similar to the 'i can't dress myself'. it's more like, 'i can dress myself but i do it real early when i'm still half asleep and not paying attention.' or sometimes i go more for the 'i go clothes shopping once every 2-4 years' look.
