after drinking soy milk almost exclusively for the past ~16 months (around 5 of which I was a vegan), i've decided to start drinking cow's milk again. i was eating too much soy and too much soy is really harmful, especially to guys (there's a hormone in soy that's very similar to estrogen....soy also has some other stuff in it that's harmful in ( Read more... )

i absolutely HATE getting older

for some reason all i can think about right now is being an innocent, naive sophomore again

i live my life missing the past and looking forward to the future, never enjoying what i have right

i'm too hard on myself. whenever i screw up, whenever i do anything even remotely bad, i beat myself up.

i try to convince myself that i'm a terrible person and that i deserve to be as depressed as i (sometimes) am

Livingston ended up being quite an interesting experience. The day and a half that we spent there was just lots of sitting around, getting drinks, exploring the area, and vegging out (which seems to be a common theme of this trip).
