i know that its a field that gets good pay, you can work nearly litterally anywhere and in any specific field you want to...
....however, the highest diploma you can get is a bachelors... and it does even matter paywise to an associates... and i've always known i'm smart enough to at least get a masters... its just a goal i've always had...
also, i just want to learn learn learn... with the respiratory program, i'll only be in school another 3.5 years to get the associates, and 2 after that for a bachelors... and if i wanted to i could go on to do either med school or become a nurse practitioner...but ick..i don't want to be a nurse... physicians assistant is a possibility...but not a practitioner i don't think...i need to do more reasearch on that actually...
i'm just not sure what it is i really want to do... i mean, RRTs are needed and all...but for whatever reason, it seems like a shortcut, and like i'm limiting what it is i'm capable of...
well i say reasearch some more...and fyi a nurse pactitioner is similar to a dr but they just can't give out certian meds nor sign off of certain test but otherwise they basically act like a dr.
i know what "level" nurse practitioner is at...i'm just curious about the job availability...'cause i know the areas a PA can practice....but i've had a hard time finding out about the n. practitioner bit....
