I might need help summing up the theories/developments, but so far:

Someone noted that if you split the two digit numbers, there are 17 in total, the same number of letters as "nneictdessitactoss".

Some people have put those into letters with A=1, B=2, etc and gotten:
G F L E I R V B W ' R

And others have put into letters with A=26, B=25, etc, and gotten:
T O U E V R I E Y D 'I

There is also the "Choose Yur Own Advernture" to think about, and how it relates to the rest of the shenanigans.
