I think one of the things that held me together this week was knowing a housefilk was at the end of it. It was really nice that it was at Dave and Judith's who are some of my oldest fannish friends. I worked on my first cnvention with them many years ago. The music was healing,the company was wonderful as was the food. I felt the knot inside me

I'm glad you found comfort in a housefilk with good friends. I think one of the wisest things qnvhrtz, bigbumble and my sister did was conclude Dave's memorial with one. Sharing music-making with friends is a powerful healing force.
