This was captivating. I once bought an ancient bottle of liquid mercury as a birthday gift for my sister Violet. On my way out of the store I took it out of the back and stuck it in my garter. Did I tell you that before? Strange. It was cool from the dark shop and surprsingly heavy.
I love this! I was working on a piece about Gower Gulch in the 20s and 30s, and these shots would be perfect. In fact, your entry establishes everything I wanted to say.

The arrival of Aimee Semple Mcpherson at Union Station (No. They're too well-dressed. Except for mouthy Peg).
The arrival of Charles Lindbergh and Will Rogers in Mexico City (No. That's an American crowd).
The appearance of the Blessed Virgin at the Polo Grounds (Blasphemous, but I couldn't help it).
Best that we not know, maybe.
