Just a quick question: did the raids from Norlundar into Damryn continue up until the fall?

Raids against Damryn declined rapidly when Norlundar joined the Realm, but that was only thirty-two years ago. That's not even mentioning the few northern tribes that didn't sit in the halls of the Ard Ulv who would have been under no such compulsion to stop their raids.

Ive been wondering about this and it has been mentioned a few times it this post so I shall bring it up.
The Legion left the areas they passed over scorched, so from this can we assume that all the land outside of Andermark are a near wasteland?
