Just how high would the ratio of men to women be in the Aethanite paladin orders? Before and after the Fall?

Couple of questions with Vaitera:

Leprosy comes from 'sin', but how common is it? Has it been seen much since the Fall? How common was it before?

With confession, how much is sex considered a sin/unclean? Presumably there's some stigma outside marriage, but what about 'lusting' after someone? Particularly in Calavria.

You raise the question I was thinking of, as it would seem my planned character will therfore be commiting a rather large amount of Sin.
