Aw, I think this was just the perfect amount of fluff. I love the Remus/Regulus pairing, and one that is not angsty is a happy bonus. :) I really liked the line about Remus taking all sorts of liberties. Heh, I can picture Regulus being all snotty about it in the beginning but gradually succumbing to Remus' charms.

This is beautifully written. Not a pairing I've ever considered, but you really made it work. The exposition and the dialogue are spot-on (and I love the bit about the shoes)--everything is just lovely, lovely, lovely.

This is great. My vertigo made me tense the whole way through. I recognise that desire to drop the shoes, though. They make a lovely (doomed) pair. (Edit: I meant Remus and Regulus - not the shoes).
