Petunia was so well written in this! So realistic, and I loved her confusion, her attitude, but also her sadness.
Lovely!

Sorry it has taken me so long to comment on this--I read it the day it was posted though, and rereading it again tonight, I like it even more. I really dislike Petunia in the books, but I did feel a bit sorry for her--how hard would it be to be the non-magical sister? You've captured her jealousy of Lily very well, but I especially love the way she is just longing for someone to see her as special. It's heartbreaking the way Vernon doesn't really notice her, and I can see why she would be so affected by James trying to woo her. And her knowing it's just the influence of the love potion, but wanting to believe in it anyway, makes it that much more sad. The last line of the fic is really perfect, and explains why canon-Petunia is the way she is while also making my heart break a little for the Petunia of your story. Very well done.

This was one of my prompts and you did such a good job with it. It's funny and heartbreaking all at the same time. Perhaps the first time I ever thought "poor Petunia". Great work!

This was.......priceless.
I clicked hoping for a hilariously topsy-turvy comedy, and you gave me even better.
I finally understood why Petunia Dursley was Petunia Dursley. (okay, that was lame)
Anyway.
I didn't think it was possible for me to fall more in love with James but there ya go, you proved me so, so wrong. -__-
This was a delightful insight into Tuney's mind and I positively adored it :)
*goes back to waiting for her James* *sigh*
