A story about William's turning.

The following is a bit of whimsy, explaining the true story of how William became vampire fodder. Remember the look of almost-recognition between Spike and Halfrek in the last series? This is why. Pre-slash - palatable to both Spru and Spangel shippers.

Well that explains it then. It always felt as if Halfrek could have, or should have had a more substantial part in the history of the "family" and this story just hits the right spot for me.

Thank you so, so much.

We've obviously got the same bruised spot, because it just fell into place as I was writing. I'm so glad you liked it, and relieved that it worked, and thanks for commenting!

Very well done.

Hi, Hon,

Thank you. I thought you'd enjoy this. Look out for the Spangel I'm (supposed to be) working on for the Nekid_Spike prompt, "Abduction as Seduction" - I think you'll like it! So far I've posted the banner!

Mmm, so this is how He and Halfrek knew each other. I'd always wondered about that comment.

Great story - thanks for sharing!

Oh thank you. Good to know it makes sense!

Thanks so much for commenting.

(P.S. totally OT, but my five-film UNCLE DVD set arrived the other day. *sqees* I so wish I could afford the series.)

Wonderful - happy MFU watching!

BTW, did I tell you that James grew up just down the street from us? He's a local boy 'done good' around here.

Keep the faith and keep your eyes open on E Bay. I've seen a couple of sets go for next to nothing there...

E-bay, huh? I haven't been there for ages but it's a good idea, thanks!

So you're in Modesto, are you? I found my ideal wine from Garnier Point, in Modesto a few years agom Zin-Cab - then the vintage changed and it was crap. I'd dreamt of moving in next door and having the wine piped in!
