As I type this, I feel almost 100% better! Woot! Cynthia and her family were kind enough to take me to the E.R. (the longest wait was for the pain-relieving shot) & let me rest in their home, while watching my sons. The doctor at the E.R. told me that I had muscle spasms & probably a pulled muscle in my left shoulder. Before I went, I tried
