There's no way a job like mine is going to get any better, and being optomistic is past the point of being laughable. I understand there is no way I'm going to find a job I will actually enjoy right now, so I'll just have to suck it up and find something not as wretchedly demeaning

temp agencies are quick and relatively painless. immediately, you go in refusing to develope attachments to anything because you could be gone the next day. you get payed office wages(which are always better than food-service staff wages), and you might even get an in as a permanent employee. if you're into that sort of thing. think about it.
