A quarter pound of Spinach right from my backyard! It was getting so big it just had to be harvested! It was planted April 5th.

Thank you! Everything in the garden bed the spinach came from was planted on April 5th! The harvest date for the spinach was supposed to be around May 20th, but it was ready today. The other crops have a while yet.
