as if i would miss SVU.

I think that the birthmother would be the actual mother, and the fact that osborne was psycho about getting patty back did not help at ALL. she knew her daughter died in a car accident but actively sought out another woman's baby, that is f'ed up.

that dr is one sicko though.

and i have no idea where medical transcription books can be purchased, i'm sorry.

I think that the parents that raised the child would be the parents. I think that it is their responsibility however to let the 'actual' mother see the child. If you go into a situation like that you should know that there is going to be reprucusions. But if someone has the patients to raise a child right, then they deserve the rights.
