Jessica, have you heard of Ira Cohen? he is an old hippie soul who took pictures of really cool people in the sixties...he used a cabinet of mirrored paper, rather, it was a box about the size of a phone booth and he took the photos of people's reflections...google him and you'll see what i mean.
those are really neat. i was having trouble finding a gallery of his images though. but i did see a few silhouetted ones he did that i really like a lot. i miss the sixties.

he should put out a book of photos. he was recently interviewed in the Wire's Invisible Jukebox. most famous is his cover of John McLaughlin's first album, Spirit's 12 Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus and Angus Maclise's albums. that's how i first discovered his photography: through the records i loved.
