I  need to leave. If anyone has a free room or whatever, I'd be obliged to go there. I don't think I can last much longer in a house full of delusion, bullying, paranoia, unstability, and oddles of unhappiness.

If he doesn't turn the gun on himself, I'm liable enough to do it for him.
