This is a funny story, because in middle school I used to have ear infections ALL the time and everytime I went to the doctor they'd look in my ears and they didn't see anything...until maybe I was 13 and this doctor said she thought she saw a piece of wax and it looked like she could actually put tweezer in there and take it out.

Of course when she pulled it out it wasn't wax at all, it was a clear earing back. Chances are I probably stuck it in there myself when I was really young and it just stayed there.
