If I had to name the most important lesson that I've learned in life it would definatly be that life is too short to spend mad about stupid shit. What is the book about?

It's an autobiography about a guy who is a VERY bad drug addict and alcholic. The book is basically about his recovery in rehab. It is the the best book i've ever read and I dont think i'll ever read anything that will compare. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read it. It is amazing.
