Hi, I am responding to this post you left in the questioning community. I started posting there and as I continued in not so much different manner as you are..., it wasn't too long before I got banned. Unfortunately..., Im still getting posts sent to my email address. I asked them if they were anti-mormon and then I asked them advice on how to respond to someone's hateful comments. I was short fusingly cautioned, it was deleted, and then I was outright banned. I have since noticed it isn't the most friendly open place to be.. so I went back to my other communties..

I have in the past, attempted to investigate the LDS for jewish foundational continuity and have been in both LDS and non-lds communities. They all appear to be more interested in attacking one another and speaking in cloaked generalities outside of scriptural references.

So, I started a community ldsinvestigator, where I could continue to do that. Unfortunately they just came over and attempted to continue the same there. I then started to see that christian's and lds alike were not so different as I suspected..., all were condemning and hurtful, hateful and really a sad lot.
And I realized I was possibly wasting my time looking for open honest answers on LJ. I walked away. Unfortunately..., some continued to harass send responses to my email. Anway, there's further explanation bout me...

Well, I sort of have this thing where I prefer to try to get to know someone a bit before I add them to my friends list, because my friends-only entries are often of a personal nature, & I want to feel like I'm sure that I'm okay with the people who read them, reading them, y'know?
So, my method has been to wait & listen to comments that people make on my public entries, and read whatever they post publicly, until we're comfortable with each other.
Is that okay with you?
