i cant donate blood because i went to mexico and everyone in mexico has TB. its just the way taht works out. i dont have TB-but i went to mexico and was exposed to it therefor im a carrier of it. its the same with ur brazil case. as for money-i think everyone needs it-bad. its christmas time!
