I'm so sad. I cannot handle Julie leaving. It will not be the same here without her, and that makes me upset. And not only will she be gone, but she'll be in MEXICO. Not like I can just hop in the car and go visit. After Monday, the next time I'll see her will be Spring Break 2008. Aka my 21st birthday. I already CANNOT wait for that trip. I'm unhappy with myself. I need to make some major changes in my personality. I need to be far more assertive and sure of myself, and I need to try harder. I've lost too many things, been rejected, and been ignored too often to make excuses for myself anymore.

Except I don't know how to do that.

I'm disappointed. In both of us.

So, I didn't get the job. And Christina and Lesley did. So I feel great.

Can I just go home? Especially since I won't be leaving Kent until September 17th now. At least I'll be leaving the country at that point.

I have nothing ambiguous to say.

I seriously have a problem. I have a paper to edit, and a whole lot of French studying to do (and technichally need to read some of Persuasion...) but clearly, will instead be doing a survey. Probably with questions I've already answered in the last week. Whatevs. At least I'm not watching Scrubs ( Read more... )

So. Here we are with 2 and a half weeks of classes left. And then I'll be half way done with my college career, with only 3 semesters remaining at Denison. I have mixed feelings about the end of the year. It hit me last night that I have less than a month to hang out with Julie before she moves to Mexico.
