Some philosophies aren't for all people.

Please-- go there to find yourself. I spent 93405830948503980984 hours on it last night, eating it up.

How can you know anything if you don't know what you believe?

I could be there forever. There's no one around with whom I can have a reasonable debate on philosophy. They're all devout Christians who look at me strangely, like I'm insane, when I start talking about Eastern philosophy.

And it's always the Christians! Have you noticed that? Nothing against them individually, understand-- but as a group, that lot is pretty discriminatory!
But hey, I'm here for a debate whenever.

I have noticed that.

And I do obtain some sick satisfaction in questioning Christian religions when I'm with this one girl. (Not putting them down, just questioning, because I've been raised Catholic and I'm in that whole "what do I believe?" stage of my life) She's SUPER Christian and and it feels like she's trying to impose her religion on us and doesn't like to hear anything to the contrary of what she believes. She gets argumentative for like... 3 minutes, but then shuts up and gets all pissy because I'm too stubborn for her.

She's also anti-gay rights. And almost stopped liking a guy because he was pro-gay marriage. Which made her drop many levels in my book... if indeed, I HAVE a book.

If YOU have a book, I'll take a page from it. I agree. That's just ridiculous. Any guy who is pro-gay marraige belongs in my library, and any super-christian girl such as you name does NOT belong in my books.
And if she were, I would burn my study.
