I have to cook every year b/c no one else wants to cook us a tofurkey or anything vegan at all for that matter. boo. but I only make enough for THE meal then a teeny bit leftover maybe. (i'm weird about leftovers lol)

I just saw a thing on the food network's show 'Unwrapped' about the Tofurkey. They say it has all the flavor and even the texture of real turkey. I was skeptical, but now I have someone to actually ask! So... how is it?
