Sorry to hear you are having mega credit troubles! :(
i maxed mine out a few years ago, I finally paid it off years later just before moving to vancouver a year ago.
Now it's pretty much maxed out again due to being unemployed the first half of the summer and my partner being unemployed too :(

i know it totally blows!
i haven't even used this card in years, i think the last time was for textbooks. it just sits there and gloats like an angry demon, huffing and puffing its purchase interest.
as soon as i pay it all off, i'm getting rid of the thing. i hate it.
