Today was the beginning of DAY 1 HELL WEEK in swimming. My fave. time of the year! not. It wasnt too bad I did some sets called suicides I love those, no joke. I get out of the water and i have abs of steel for about 5 minutes then I go home and eat a whole bunch of food. I officaly smell like chlorine for the rest of my life. It bugs me people say
