A beautiful post. Anyone who has dealt with a dementia patient understands. Sometimes its too hard for family so it falls to the caregivers. She was lucky to have you.
My grandma has Alzheimers; she's still at home and my dad and I care for her as best we can. I hope that when the time comes for her to be in a home, she'll have caregivers as lovely as you.
