The fire is out now, thankfully. I've found out now that it was across the street from my favourite part of the market (it's a HUGE market), but still. Sadness!
They don't know. Someone heard explosions. If I'd been in my flat that night, I would have been able to see the flames from my window. My friend went past it on train and said that it wasn't that big of a patch that they made out, but there were masses of police tape.
What sucks is that when things like this have to be rebuilt, they ALWAYS gentrify. Especially a place like Camden which is rapidly gentrifying anyway. Blah.
But, I just remembered Ana walking in a straight line, experimenting with looking really intimidating and making pushy people move out of her way as we went down the crowded sidewalk. Good times.
