I'll preface this entry by saying that I have a legitimate reason for not having updated: I've been stupidly sick for a good three weeks now. It's definitely true, what they say about unfamiliar illnesses in new places, especially if you're someone with no immune system to speak of. But now, almost through my second round of antibiotics and armed ( Read more... )

Glad to hear you're alive...I've just come to expect lengthy gaps in correspondence now I guess. I leave Halifax on Friday (yay!) and I'll be in Kingston for a few days, then to Scarborough and Jason's new house (and boxer puppy...can't wait to see her!). Drop me an email if you want, jodie.church@gmail.com , I'm still totally using my hotmail too though.

You're coming home!!! Maybe I will actually be able to talk to you! I know what you mean about the time change - Matt and I are going to New Zealand over spring break! A 26 hour flight.

Hey, good to hear from you. I'm glad that you're feeling a bit better.

Damn, that is a long flight. Hope you survive. Seattle is such a nice city, though, even if you're just passing through.

By the way, where are you going to be next summer? I'm going to be in Toronto for about a week towards the end of June/beginning of July, and I'll already be meeting up with a Matrix girl or two.

Have a good (if not crazy) holiday season.

Woah. The picture, I mean. That's a LOT of people. Here's to hoping they've got a thing for personal space, or else there's a huge possibility of them flattening you like a pancake. Sideways! SQUOOSH!

This update = best thing all day. That you're feeling better = better than the best thing all day.

:D + !!! = me, right now.

Time zones be funky enough in IM windows, when you're talking to a person stuck in your yesterday, while he/she's talking to a person in his/her tomorrow. Or something like that. The flight must be bizarre, but I guess it's a good thing that you don't actually *feel* the whole movingbackintime buisiness. Because that would be just WEIRD. Weirder than... than... well, ReallyWeirdStuff, you know? Maybe the fact that it's Christmas will make it a little bit less unpleasant than it normally is, hey? Hopefullyhopefully.
