I was thinking about SOAS in which case we'd be using the same campus practically, but one of my profs here convinced me not to move north. darn. but dude i'd be living in the same country as you for once in the last how many years? and within train distance, wow.

Heeee, it's not Victorian, silly - Sweden didn't get Victorian. It's more like... French-inspired fin-de-ciecle classicism or something (my knowledge of stylistics terminology is about as bad as you think it is). Come to Stockhlm and I'll show you where the doctor lived and took his daily stroll, the water bar in Kungstradgarden, it's all there.

And whoa, the Rockabilly club photo - I have a picture of the entrance to Yoyogi with that street light and the trees along the alley at sunset, it's really very beautiful.
