Actually, I also forgot to suggest what Monica thinks, I really like my computer. And for the same price I/we payed even just a year ago or a couple years ago, you're going to get a way better machine.

And future shop/best buy (though I suggest best buy) is good ebcause if you buy their warranty you can bring it back for warranty at different best buys/futureshops around Canada. (useful!)

We didn't make it to Markham that night because we left much later then planned, we went and skated Keswick instead.

It IS my plan to get there before I leave for vancouver, and I would liek to see you, hey what are you up to on Sunday? (afternoon/evening?)

You don't necessarily have to get a new laptop. You can find used Mac iBook G4s around (last generation before the new Mac Books) for a few hundred dollars, and they're basically good as new, will run everything you need.

Especially when it comes to laptops, Macs are the only way to go. I've seen tons of models from Compaq to Dell to Gateway in my office, and they're all flimsy pieces of complete shit in comparison.

Well, I don't know what you are looking for, but I will tell you this: DON'T BUY GATEWAY!!! Seriously, their company sucks and their machines die hard with a vengance in about a year.

Your best bet would be to go with an IBM or something reliable that will last you quite some time.
