we arrived at Vassar around 11 on monday. Poughkeepsie isn't very nice. it isn't bad, but noho is nicer. it's a little run down looking, a little dull, i only got a brief look at it, it might have hidden depths, but my first impression was not great. vassar on the other hand...whoa. it's BEAUTIFUL. you pass through the gothic arch into this lovely ( Read more... )

No boys at Barnard? Then it sounds like the decision is: University With Boys, University Without Boys. At least at the University Without Boys, you can go off-campus into town and there are potentially 8 million boys, whereas at the University With Boys there's only a limited selection on- or off-campus, and preselected to not be cute.
