ok...well I'm a chronic insomniac. Now I actually take a med for it, Ambiem...which makes me really loopy and I take a REALLY small dose. But definitely, drink some milk--not too much though--bathroom breaks are not really part of that whole sleeping thing. But the best thing is Benadryll. Its an allergy med, that makes people absolutely exhausted. I used to take it just to sleep. I have a friend who takes it for allergies, eventhough I have advised him to get a 24 hour non-drowsy me, and seriously he goes to bed before any other friend I know.
