Scrap of hoppy plot

Not that I really like calling them plot bunnies. This is more of a fleeting thought which I know I won't do anything with, so feel free to take it home any parts of it, should it somehow inspire you. Sometimes when I get an idea I don't want to write it, I want someone *else* to write it so I can read it ( Read more... )

Are you sure you don't want to write this? It sounds like a fantastic story - especially with the "changing her child to protect from DEs ..." scenario. Very dark old-style fairy tale.

Hi. Aubrem told me that you'd started your own lj, so I thought I'd come over to friend you and introduce myself.

I'm one of the co-moderators (along with aubrem and gaycrow, of the snarry_reader, the lj Snape/Harry rec site. We're so pleased that you've gotten an lj and decided to explore this part of the fandom.

I noticed that imposter lj a while back, and did think it was rather creepy that someone did that. But now that you've got an lj of your own, everyone will soon come to know who the real Tara Tory is.

You might want to friend the snarry_reader, if you like. We've linked some of your stories there, and I reviewed one of them over here.

I have two ljs, btw. This one (which is my main one, and the name I'm known by in the fandom) is largely RL or broadly fannish in content. I also have a separate writing journal at regan_v, where I post my hp meta (essays), recs/reviews, and some fics. Mostly, I'm known for fannish meta ( ... )

Hello, I'm here too, and I've added you to my friends' list. :)

It's great to see you have a Journal now. I remember how overwhelming everything seemed at first, so please don't hesitate to ask for help if it all becomes too much.

Unfortunately I'm not a writer, so I won't be able to pick up your interesting plot idea. I'd love to read such a story, though, and I hope someone picks it up once your Journal becomes a little more well known.
