Delighted with your latest offering for your fans.

Love the vivid, animal-joy feel of Draco and Ron in animagus forms, in the first part of the story. The two in their burrow is so cuddly.

Even as a stoat, Draco thinks like Draco; very IC.

As a Snarry fan, I like Snape's worrying when Draco overhears about the Trio's love life. He wants Harry all to himself, even then.

When Ron first pets his stoat, that is so sweet, and when Ron learns the stoat is Draco, exciting and reasonable in the story.

So cute with the guys in bed the first time, playing in the covers' tunnels.

Your having Draco discover the plot, the houses all working together, and the battle scene was clever and thrilling.

Cries out for many sequels, though.

Is this the first thing you've written since "Honorary Weasley"?
On the site I have for your work, that is the most recent HP entry,
until this.

Glad you're back with us,
Felaine

Dear Tara~

This was fantastic! I've been trying to get to it for a week, but the Snarry Olympics has been tying me up a bit. ;)

I love the possessiveness that rises out of Ron & Draco. It seems like the switch between forms has created an even more solid bond than either one could do alone.

I usually don't read much other than Snarry, and I'm excited to have a Snarry sequel in the works! As far as animagus forms, I will be fascinated to see what you choose. ;)

Hugs to you!

So the Snarry Olympics is a 5 month commitment for you, isn't it? Things will be crazed in April. Of course, there is a payoff. A mountain of great stories. I think it compares to the zines of yore, in that one gets all these lovely stories in a chunk, and you sort of knew the quality you were getting, depending on the editor. Getting a good zine was always quite satisfying.

So I am halfway between a bat and a hawk for Snape, and a Basilisk and a cat form for Harry. I decided that Harry can't be a stag like his father. Although noble and protective, and dangerous, a stag is still a herd beast and didn't feel right to me. More thought is needed.

Yeah, the possessive animal thing with Ron was the only thing I could think that would overide his natural hate of all things Malfoy. I expect he is going to be very conflicted man. Malfoy, too. Heh.

What fabulous fun this was! The roar of action in bed when Draco smells the acromantula venom on McGonagall kept me glued to the story long after I should have been in bed. Thanks for a great read!

Actually . . . an acromantula-venomed Dumbledore (say for about 25 years . . .) could help me accept his actions a lot more easily. I think I'll consider poisoned!Dumbledore to be canon.
