today i attended S&L's wedding... courtesy of D i got to somewhat mingle in that ceremonious occasion and whiff all that joy diffusing from it.
maybe i dont know a lot but i think they are the sweetest and most loving couple ive ever seen; you simply catch it in their eyes. i love wedding montages playing during banquets, it's like amidst all the backstabbings cheating love love cheating adulteries korean drama tragedies, these very real stories of love right there on screen balances the equation. i always thought that for women, a golden rule to prevent complicating matters, never mention or entertain the thought of marriage unless the guy earnestly develops his intentions. but for one moment watching all that love and thinking about ur happy times, the music kinda tingles ur heart and soften it down.. how nice to be married to your love... watching tv in his arms every night and having him criticize your cooking every dinner have him the last person u see before ur sleep and first person before u as u awake. i think that's actually the whole point of a wedding... ure in so much bliss u simply have to make it known to everyone. and it is most sad somewhat when petty things such as family politics enter the picture, consume peoples' hearts and minds, and make the bulk of the memory. honestly wht i saw from everything was simply, wow these 2 people get to cuddle in bed to sleep every night! that's sweet.
