As the lightning crashes behind him, illuminating a crisp white outline around his figure, Ian walks silently in, dripping with rain water, a hoodie drawn over his unruly green hair. He glances to the left-to the right-before sitting down with a shadow crossing his features. After a beat, he looks up to the

How? [in spite of her skepticism she still can’t hide the excitement in her voice.]

[Looks like Ian should be a character in Slayers. :|a]
After all, I can't be the best medicine seller if everyone knows how it works.

[He'd followed Ian to the woods - years of practice with stealth and deceit had helped him remain out of sight - and he was now watching this odd ritual he seemed to be undergoing. The only real signs of Tattoi being there are some plumes of mist that might be written off as fog. ...Very localized fog. :|b]

But... after a while, that fog does catch his eye. He drops the vial and leaps up, surprised.]
What the heck...! Is the forest haunted or something...?!

Hey, ghosts! Stop being jerks!
I-I'm not scared of you anyway, so there!
So l-lay off the foggy stuff, huh??

I'm alive! That's plenty reason to be happy, don't you think?

Do you think I could have another pitcher, Mr. Bartender?

Coming right up.
[And right up it comes.]
So what's your name, Mr. Stranger?

Terran medicine can reconstruct limbs, yes, but the grafting can be something of a tedious process, to say nothing of the complexity of the cell matrices involved...
I take it you are not a doctor? [Because a doctor should recognize these words.]
Reply
N-no, I'm not really much of a doctor... I just sell the medicine, really.
[How do I explain that being sold widely is difficult? I mean, 'you'd have to squeeze me dry of blood on a regular basis' is a really hideous way to explain it...]
I know it's kinda crazy, but what reason would I have to lie about something I'm giving away for free, in a place where I can't run away or anything?

So you did use advertising after all.

Give Ian another 15 years and he'll be great for change! Maybe. Possibly. A little.]
Eeheheh, oh! Is that you, Rise? How do you always run into me when it comes to sells?

Ding ding ding! Right on the first guess!
